With block 810168 I have completed my drawing 'Bitcoin - A better Future' after more than 3000 blocks.
 
This drawing is not only dedicated to all those Bitcoiners who are already parents and raise their children under the sign of Bitcoin, but also to all those who want to become parents and who, in the face of a fiat system that is getting more and more out of control, might feel more secure to turn this intention into reality.
 
Bitcoin is important and for more and more people not just an option, but a necessity. But even more important are our children and that we have many children.
 
Without children, in principle, every human action and achievement is inconsequential. Children are our legacy and carry what we discovered, explored, recognized, learned, all victories and all defeats, all emotions and all thoughts.
 
It is both exciting and reassuring to know that we humans today - the first generation in the early age of Bitcoin - are working today on something that can provide a freer, easier and more harmonious future for the next generation, our children, and that this generation in turn will continue to work on, learn and spread Bitcoin.
 
We Bitcoiners today, meanwhile, should be aware that, even though I and I'm sure quite a few others would heartily like to experience it, we will never hear the 'end product' Bitcoin with our senses. Even though the big goal is hyperbitcoinization and it may be achieved in the distant future, I feel Bitcoin is a 'the journey is the destination' construct.
 
Bitcoin is already a store of value today, just in the process of being used more and more as a medium of exchange, and will be the last global unit of account, yes, but Bitcoin is so much more than money.
 
Bitcoin has no end goal, Bitcoin is simple and thus always has potential for people, it just needs to be discovered and used.
 
In my understanding of Bitcoin, each generation works to ensure that the coming generation can reap and enjoy the fruits of their ancestors' labor without a loss of value, of previous achievements, and without a loss of value to future generations, which is quite complementary to a monetary system that is basically based on maneuvering value and power, in the spirit of 'let's play God and bypass the laws of nature' from the future into the now - at the expense of future generations.
 
Bitcoin is the perfect leak-free battery for conserving energy over extremely long periods of time and that means security, prosperity, sovereignty and individualism for our children and their children. Bitcoin is one of the best things that could have happened to our children and children are one of the best things that can happen to Bitcoin. It is like a symbiosis from which both can emerge stronger and closer to their full potential.
 
My intention with this drawing is to encourage people who may be skeptical to bring children into the world. A world that is actually getting more and more out of joint in recent decades and probably needs to get a little more distorted before it gets better, because our money is broken.
 
Even though it's always worth having kids, as a parent you certainly have some sort of magical peace inside you that only Bitcoin can give you.
