With the second half of my Bitcoin-modified version of the grandiose bronze relief by Lodovico Pogliaghi, created in the years 1894-1908 and to be admired at the main entrance doors of Milan Cathedral, the two-parter ends.
In about 175 hours of work on pencil, brush and set square, I visualized a feast of some Bitcoin memes and Easter Eggs, but also more profound themes, such as a memento of the masterful Hal Finney, who plays a major role in Bitcoin's history but is sadly no longer with us.
The main focus of the drawing is once again a religious figure - Mother Mary with her child, who in my interpretation, holds the Bitcoin in her hands towards the mother, and the mother full of pride, slightly smiling certainty that her child will take the right, moral path of life full of humanity.
The drawing was made with a variety of pencils with different degrees of hardness. From 6H to 8B to breathe as much plasticity and life into the drawing as possible.
